Our Facility

• Our service facility has the largest Ford service center in the Michiana area. This allows you to have your vehicle serviced with us typically within one day of your request or even sooner!
• We have the South Bend area's only Ford RV and medium duty truck facility servicing fleets from as far away as Michigan City.
• We have all of the latest state-of-the-art technical equipment available. We are the only Ford Dealer in the South Bend area to have a Road Force Tire Balancer. We are the only Ford Dealer in the Michiana area to have two IDS (Integrated diagnostic system) computers. Our brand new state-of-the-art vehicle alignment machine will keep you straight on the road!

Our Shuttle and Loaner Service

We are very proud to have a daily shuttle service to all of our customers. Many of our customers take full advantage of this, as this allows us to minimize our customers inconvenience for short repairs. Our shuttle driver begins shuttling our customers at 7:45 a.m. and will go pick up customers as needed throughout the day.
